Privacy Policy

Wellnook helps a family coordinate a loved one’s medication. That means we handle sensitive information, and we treat it that way. This policy explains what we collect and how it’s kept.
1. What we collect
The medications, schedules, and dose confirmations you enter, plus the members of your care circle and their display names (used to attribute who confirmed a dose). We also keep an account record (your sign-in method and display name).
2. Who can see it
Medication records are scoped to your care circle. Only members of that circle — and named confirm-only guests you explicitly invite — can read them. There is no cross-circle access, and we never sell or share your data with advertisers.
3. Notifications
Notifications are discreet by default and do not show medication names on your lock screen. They are used only to coordinate care — dose reminders, confirmations, and opt-in escalation nudges — never marketing.
4. Purchases
Subscriptions are processed by the App Store or Google Play. Wellnook receives only an anonymised receipt confirming your entitlement, never your payment details.
5. Your control
You can leave a circle, remove members, and delete your account at any time. Deleting your account removes your personal record; shared circle data is handled as described in the app at the time of deletion.
6. Not a medical record
Wellnook is a coordination tool, not a medical device or clinical record. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice.
